COVID-19 Information

We are very excited to see you at your upcoming dental visit.  To protect you, me and our loved ones from the spread of COVID-19, we are making the following changes at Fujita Family Dental:

If you answer yes to any of the following questions, please call us right away at 253-939-5966 to reschedule your appointment. 

  1. Do you have a fever, cough, shortness of breath, sudden loss of taste or smell or symptoms of a common cold or flu?
  2. Have you had contact with someone suspected or confirmed to have COVID or the symptoms above?

If you answer yes, we still care about you, but we don’t want you inside our clinic for at least 2 weeks. 

Bring a mask and a pen to your appointment.  We can provide a mask to those who cannot bring their own.

We will be taking your temperature at your appointment. 

OUR WAITING ROOM IS CLOSED FOR THE TIME BEING… so,

When you arrive at our office, please respond to the ‘COVID 19 informational’ text message that you received for your appointment and remain in your car. We will reply to you when your room is ready and bring you right to your room.

We cannot allow guests at your appointment inside our office unless you require their help to get around or you are a minor.  Otherwise, they are welcome to wait in the car.

Other family members with appointments at the same time may come in together when you receive your text message that your rooms are ready.
